First step
Arrive a few minutes early and speak to the instructor before class starts.

Wear a t-shirt and training bottoms.

Bring water and remove jewellery before training.

No experience is needed.

The class is open to all ages.
Good to know
Classes are £5 per session for all ages.
The annual licence is £30 and provides insurance.
New students can take part in comfortable training clothes before buying a gi.
